PARTICIPATION
I acknowledge that my participation in the Floating Sound Bath (the “Event”) at Hotel Sages (the “Hotel”), involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, illness, or other unforeseen events. By signing this Waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, including those risks arising from the use of Hotel facilities or equipment.
INDEMNIFICATION
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I agree to release and forever discharge the Hotel from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to their participation, whether caused by the negligence of the Hotel or otherwise, except for claims resulting from the Hotel’s gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel from any claims or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my actions during the Event or failure to adhere to Hotel policies. I affirm that I am solely responsible for my own safety and personal belongings during the Event. The Hotel assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
HOTEL POLICIES
I agree to adhere to all Hotel policies, including those related to event conduct, alcohol consumption, use of restricted areas, and respect for other guests. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate my involvement in the Event for failure to comply with these policies.
I acknowledge and agree that the Hotel may photograph or record the Event for internal or promotional purposes. By signing below, I consent to the use of my likeness in promotional materials unless I indicate otherwise in writing prior to the Event.
