Do I need to be vaccinated to travel to Indonesia?

No, vaccines are not required.

Are flights included in the package?

International airfare is not included. The airport to fly into is I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport – DPS

What should I pack?

For exploration & culture retreats, pack sturdy shoes for ATV riding and temple visits, comfortable clothing for yoga and journaling, and a daypack for excursions. Add a sun hat, sunscreen, and a sarong or scarf for temple visits, as well as your favorite activewear for yoga.

Can I come alone, or bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely. Join us solo or share the experience with a friend.

Can I extend my stay before or after the retreat?

We recommend arriving in Bali at least one day before your retreat begins to allow time to adjust to the local time zone, settle in, and relax before diving into the retreat activities. If you’d like to extend your stay, our team can assist with additional nights at Hotel Sages to make your arrival or departure seamless.
