Cancellation / change of date policy

For pre-operational hour shoots, notice minimum 48 hours prior. For operational hour shoots, notice minimum 14 days prior. Any changes later than this, the deposit will not be refunded. Start & finish times according to agreed upon window-going overtime will result in extra charge. Rain days can be rescheduled to a later date pending availbility.

• Kindly please note, at Hotel Sages we have in house guests, please respect the privacy and well-being of other guest in the area. We will reserve your desired area/s for your shoot except for the pool area where the deep end of the pool may be used by in house guests. We cannot control the noise outside or inside of the hotel so please keep this in mind if you are filming. We do not guarantee a silent set and will not enforce this.
• Parking is not included so please drop off and find parking on the street or you can pay an additonal 100.000 IDR for daily parking.

We kindly inform all clients interested in using our villa as a location for their photoshoots that it is their responsibility to ensure that they have all the necessary documents, permits, and visas required to legally work in the country. Our villa does not take any responsibility for any legal issues that may arise due to the failure of clients to obtain these documents. We recommend that clients check with the appropriate authorities to ensure that they have obtained all the necessary permits and visas required for their photoshoots.

Additionally, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to equipment, props, or personal belongings of clients or their team members during the photoshoots. Clients are responsible for securing and insuring their equipment and belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any part of the villa for photoshoots if we deem it necessary for reasons including but not limited to maintenance, security, or other operational requirements. We will inform clients in advance of any such restrictions, and in such cases, clients will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content produced by clients during their photoshoots on our premises, and we reserve the right to request the removal of any content that we deem inappropriate or offensive.

By booking our villa for a photoshoot, clients acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for obtaining all the required documents, complying with all the relevant laws and regulations, and accepting all the terms and conditions set forth in this disclaimer.
